BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 935 Mountain Creek Road, being on the northwest line of Mountain Creek Road at the "W" Road. An unplatted tract, being the properties described in deed book U, volume 9, page 517, ROHC, and deed book U, volume 9, page 669, ROHC. Tax Map No. 117G-A-3. from R-1 Residential Zone to M-2 Light Industrial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to proposed use only; 2. Subject to dedication of right-of-way as required by City Engineer; 3. Access only to Glendale Drive; 4. One 40 sq. ft. sign only; and 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
